Design of Pattern

Have a lot of experience
We can arrange the various kind of PCB, for instance, high-density, severe design rule, based on more than 15 year's experience. We know the manufacturing process fully, because we belong to PCB supplier's factory, so we can adapt the design to the actual process. The above conditions bring about Impedance control which need the arrangement between the design and their process. Please ask us about Impedance control, then you will get the best solution.

Can design high-density and high-capacity PCB
We use high model of CAD which can be used for basic designing of high density, high capacity PCB which cannot be designed by CAD system used personal computer.

Supply DXF file
We use data-converting system "CAMCAD" and can supply DXF file of output data(HPGL). If customer can treat DXF file of drawings about silk screen, holes,---, etc, it decreases customer's time for making drawings of SMT and it gives the Data-base.

Need not to ask any information about electric parts
We can use "ELISNET" which is the referring system for Semiconductor and Electric parts. We can get any information about electric parts easily.

Can supply data of "OrCAD Capture"
We use "OrCAD Capture". If customer gives the pattern data by "OrCAD Capture", we can arrange it and send the arranged data to the customer.

Reducing the time for checking drawings by Customer in Kanto area
We have Ink-jet printer at Tokyo branch (Minato-ku Higashi shinbashi), so pen-drawing can be printed out and sent to customer in Kanto area rapidly.

Produce films

Our Capability for various data
We can use various type of data, for instance, DXF, HPGL, RS274 Gerber Format, etc. We can check the data which customer supplies from various view points as followings in order to prevent any problems from happening during actual process. Line-space, Land dimension of holes, Unconnected area at inner layer Connection at inner layer Line width of silk Clearance between resist and pattern Add tear-drop (We can use any media; MT, DAT, MO, PD, C-MT, FD, etc.)

Make high-accuracy film
We use the automatic Laser Plotter which can print 20 fÊm line by GaN blue LED Laser. The machine is kept in clean room (Class 10,000) without any workers and works full-automatically. The above conditions can produce high-accuracy films.
